Executive Head Chef
Kieu Phan is a Vietnamese entrepreneur born in Cam Ranh. Trained as a lawyer, Kieu’s passion for Vietnamese cuisine led her to found The Taste of Vietnam Group of restaurants in Hoi An and Da Nang. Among the countless restaurants in Hoi An, Madame Kieu is one of the most renowned, frequented regularly by both tourists and locals alike.
Kieu’s mission is to share Hoi An’s heartfelt hospitality and flavours with the world. She loves the cosmopolitan energy and diversity of Melbourne, which inspired her to bring the vibrant dining culture of Hoi An to this city. Her fiery passion and dedication are evident in every aspect of Hoiana, from the thoughtfully curated menu to the lively atmosphere.
